SKCIN Club staff have the final authority to determine what constitutes a violation of the Code of Conduct and what appropriate actions should be taken.

7. Payments and Fees

7.2 Payment Methods

• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES
• WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKCIN CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• DAMAGES RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES

• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICES

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKCIN CLUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SKCIN CLUB FOR USE OF THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your Account and membership at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting us directly. Termination may be subject to specific membership terms, including notice periods and continuing payment obligations.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your Account, membership, or access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
